This was a tough one!  All those hammers and pull-
offs, ugh!  I tried :)  I think it sounds good though. 
He hammers a lot on the C's (2nd fret 'A' string.) I 
will indicate this with a- '(h)C'  And there are many 
more hammers in there, but I couldn't indicate them all 
so just play along with the song and you'll hear them 
and you can add them.  Or ignore them altogether and
just continue the C chord :)
